The Essentials

The Clamp Glove is for the rider who needs protection from the cold without losing that essential connection to the machine. We built it with a full leather palm and added 100g of Primaloft Aerogel to the backhand to keep the bite out of the wind. It is a rugged, high-performance glove designed for long days out in the deep snow.

The Nitty-Gritty

Finding the right balance between staying warm and keeping a good feel for the bars is always a challenge. For the Clamp, we used a full goat leather palm without any seams to ensure you have a solid, direct connection to your handles. By putting the 100g Primaloft Aerogel insulation and fleece pile only on the backhand, we kept the layer thickness in the palm to a bare minimum. This ensures your dexterity stays high while your knuckles stay protected from the freezing air.

The construction is meant for the long haul. We used Cordura Nylon for the shell and wrapped the fingertips in leather for extra durability where it counts. The Waterproof Sympatex insert keeps the moisture out when you are digging out a buddy or scouting a line in the wet snow. With embossed leather knuckles and a secure Cordura-covered neoprene cuff, this glove feels like a well-made tool that is ready for whatever the mountain throws at you. It is a timeless, durable piece of gear that is all about keeping you comfortable so you can stay out longer and enjoy the ride.
